Using ?Accountant? to Share Gospel

The French culture is far more secularized than the U.S.  For one, more than 60% has never stepped foot in a church!  They sadly have little respect for ?pastors and missionaries.?  In many ways France is like a ?creative access? country (like the Middle East) where ministry occurs strategically and subtly through a business venture or humanitarian aid organization.   That is to say if you want to reach the secular crowd that you can't reach within church walls.

Well, I?m not remotely subtle about my relationship with Jesus and my testimony of miraculous change. But the fact that I can say that I am a CPA and working as an accountant opens doors. They become curious as to why a career-minded individual could actually believe in God. It is specifically this ability to truthfully say that I am working as an accountant that permits me to share Christ in ways that other missionaries cannot.
